A high quality surveillance system consists of state-of-the-art camera technology and recording capabilities; is simple to use; provides clear, undistorted images; and, is available when you need it most. Government properties vary widely in size and often are large facilities with lots of activity and many cameras, which tend to collect extremely large volumes of recorded data. As such, eView Technologies’ surveillance systems provide the capability to archive data for long term storage on a local area network (LAN), or at an external site that is accessible over the Internet, or other Government Internet-like wide area network (WAN).
eView Technologies’ surveillance systems employ a remote monitoring capability, which allows an administrator to access the surveillance system via any LAN or Internet-like WAN. This feature enables monitoring, in real-time, of what is going on in and around the facility. In addition, the system can be easily configured to automatically contact an administrator, via electronic message or phone, based on used-defined triggering events. Attempts to disable eView Technologies surveillance cameras will trigger alarms and notifications.
Government properties pose additional security challenges. eView Technologies' security surveillance systems support building access control; provide oversight of employee and visitor activities; and, provide perimeter and garage protection. eView Technologies’ systems integrate with a variety of access control mechanisms, such as magnetic stripe and contactless cards, as well as biometric devices.
